Guys, let ‘09 go. Let’s just have a great ‘10 season, the first, full season of Corvette GT2! We’ll beat everyone on the track, regardless of the circumstances, no asterisks, no “payback” non-sense. I say this as someone who not only believes Corvette has become the world’s premier supercar performer (thanx to technology transfer from racing into the C6 and beyond), but I furthered my support of GM by putting my money where my mouth is with a new ‘09 C6 Z51 purchase last year.

Cu + FeSO4 (aq) ====> NO REACTION
Look at the activity series and think of it as a popularity list. The ones at the top are more popular than the ones at the bottom. In this case, the Fe is more attractive than the Cu and will not give up its partner.
However…
Mg+ ZnCl2 ===> MgCl2 + Zn
This is because Mg is more popular or active and it will react with the Cl2. The poor Zn is left alone and lonley.
why are you asking here? since both planets are currently visible in the morning, what do *you* see? it's your scope and your eyes. use them!
geoff is right, as usual. you can see the phases of venus, but that's about all anybody ever sees. mars will be little more than an orange dot, even at the upcoming (lousy) opposition in january. i get excellent views of mars in my apo refractor, but it cost as much as a nice used car.

Can I do long-exposure astrophotography with this telescope? Does it have the capability to automatically track objects in the sky?
I got the Milwuakee Impact drill which produces 1400 lbs and the festool screws the screws in quicker than the Milwuakee
