The value of a house has almost nothing to do with it's rental value
Generally its :- location, location, location .. and number of bedrooms & facilities etc.
Generally, 2 x 2 bed houses will rent for more than 1 x 4 bed .. however generally you can't get 2 x 2 bed for the cost of 1 x 4 bed …

Anything with 675 in the designation is rubbish.
If you're buying a scope as a present, I suggest two things:
1. Find a local amateur astronomy club. Go to one of their nights out, see what different scopes are good for, and most importantly, get realistic expectations of what you'll see. This may take time, but it's necessary.
2. Do this together with the recipient. It won't be a surprise, but a scope is a personal choice, and this is a big purchase. It will be fun to do research like this.
On a budget, the best and simples type of scope is a reflector on a Dobsonian mount. Have a look at these for starters. Anything 6 inches aperture or over is good.

But, take my advice on research.
Congratulations on the new telescope.
I would like to suggest you join an astronomy club the people you meet will be very helpful.
You probably got the 25mm and 10mm eyepieces-start with the 25mm in the day( DONT LOOK AT THE SUN)find an object at least 1/4 mile away (I use a power line tower) and center it in your field of view, then adjust your finder so the object is centered in it.Be sure its still centered in the eyepiece then switch to the 10mm.Now you will see the difference in eyepieces and your finder will be lined up.
You will also need to collimate this telescope, here is good instruction on that-

It uses fibre optics.
and it uses the principle of critical angle and internal reflection.
Internal reflection happens when you shine light from a more dense object such as glass..tube to less dense such as AIR.
Usually the light when it goes from one substance to another is REFRACTED.
Like when you look in the water of a lake the light is bent.
but when you look from under the water up. the light is also bent to a higher angle from the normal.
There is an interesting effect at a certain angle NONE OF THE LIGHT is let through the glass and all of it BOUNCES BACK. THIS is called internal relfection and it will keep the light in the tube going from one side to the other till it hits the END OF THE tube.. since the END OF THE tube is a different angle then the critical angle THE LIGHT it trasmitted out and is seen in the eyepiece.

the 'a' is the light bouncing.. the hyphens are the walls of the glass fibre and the dots keep the position only ignore them
Hope that helps
Hi,
Just click on my web page – link below? I write about 'astronomy' and 'chess'. Just click on 'TELESCOPES' or 'CONSTELLATIONS' at the top of this page? Everything you ever wanted to know about telescopes but were afraid to ask! I hope this is helpful for U.
Yours sincerely,
