Included with each EM300T digital Telescope eyepiece camera is a copy of the advanced application software enabling you to "capture" either a photograph, video or time-lapsed video with a simple click! The software allows for accurate measurement and power point features to be applied to the captured image. These images can then be saved or sent over the internet in real time. The EM300T employs a revolutionary; fully coated MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) based optical system for improved image flatness and contrast. The images are bright and distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. It offers excellent performance when combined with the plan-achromatic objective. It is also specifically designed for matching Telescope features. The EM300T displays and captures images in high quality true color and when properly grounded, the cameras metal body ensures effective anti-interference. Phase One just introduced a new Medium Format back, the P65+, with a 60MP chip built by Dalsa. It is slightly larger than the Kodak chip at 40.4 X 54.9mm and has the same 6u pixel pitch. An added feature of the Phase One back is selectable resolution. Short on details it will probably allow you to select 30MP with better high ISO performance or wider dynamic range. My friend had the same problem. He ended up calling the manufacturer.
You might try formatting the sd card in your camera first, apparently Bushnell uses either a FAT 16 or FAT 12 file system.
To quote their manual "You don’t need to be concerned about the file system format of the
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM unless you have problems with reading the SD
card by your equipment. If this happens, please format the SD card in a
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM or in a computer at first and then insert the card
into your camera to make a try."

The longest focal length you can find in your focuser size. At least 40 mm.
2" eyepieces are better than 1 1/4", but can only be used if there's a 2" focuser on your telescope.
Get a wider eyepiece field of view. 67 degrees or something.
You need a very dark site and 30 minutes of dark-adaption to use much of your telescope capability at all. In the places where most people live, it's probably less than 10% for deep sky.

I have the Casio Exilim S500, which is a 5 MegaPixels camera. It is very slim, but feels metallic and strong. It takes great photos, and even high-quality videos.
